Our business is privately owned and built by property professionals with extensive experience in direct development and property finance. We work with professional developers, who have a proven track record and a strong pipeline of opportunities.
We are proud to build long-term relationships with our developers and hope to fund them throughout their careers, offering flexible finance solutions and support throughout the project lifecycle. We don’t have a fixed borrower profile and will consider each project on its merits.
Developments should be in England, in areas with a proven demand and tangible exit on completion, most frequently through sale of the completed properties or refinancing onto a buy-to-let facility. We fund projects up to £5 million in total costs but typically start new relationships with smaller loans to prove the partnership model.
