We are proud to build long-term relationships with our developers and hope to fund them throughout their careers, offering support throughout each project’s lifecycle. We don’t have a fixed borrower profile and will consider any credit history on its merits.


Rates fixed for the term of the loan help our developers avoid the stress and uncertainty that can be caused by increasingly common base rate changes and macroeconomic instability. Whilst material and labour costs may rise during a project, our rates won’t.

  • Property located in England or Wales

  • LTGDV up to 75% (higher with additional security)

  • LTC up to 90%

  • Funding for 100% of build costs

  • Residential and mixed-use (where residential is greater than 50% of floor space)

  • First charge security

  • UK residents, companies, trusts, and non-residents considered

  • All credit profiles considered

Refurbishments

Joint venture funding

Joint venture funding for select projects and developers. Applications are assessed on a case-by-case basis to ensure a good fit between project, developer and lender. •Terms from 6 – 24 months •Up to 100% LTC •Funding up to £5,000,000 •Profit share to be agreed prior to completion
